Share Savings Accounts
Share Savings Accounts (credit unions call them “share” accounts) are the most basic service offered at LESPFCU.
You need a minimum of $30 to open a savings account: $25 for your initial deposit, and $5 for the new account fee. The minimum balance is $25, but you must keep at least $75 in your account to avoid the $3 monthly maintenance fee.
There is no monthly fee for members over 65 and kids under 18. An annual $5 membership fee applies to savings accounts.
