Due to our conversion to a new data processing system, you have received a new MasterCard credit card with a new card number; the credit limit on your card will be the same as your VISA card, and your balances and reward totals will be transferred over.
What do you need to do?
- Activate your new MasterCard credit card, following the directions on the card and begin using it on Tuesday, October 31st, 2017.
- Activate the PIN number that you have received in a separate mailing.
- Transfer your automatic payments such as recurring bill payments on your new MasterCard credit card account.
What is new in this card?
PIN Number – Your new credit card comes with a PIN number that could be required when making purchases at merchants equipped with this technology. You must have received your PIN number in a separate mailing with instructions of how to change your PIN.
Credit Card Call Center – If you have any issues with your credit card you can call our main line 212-529-8197 at anytime. If you call after hours of operations, you’ll be given the option to transfer to our 24/7 credit card call center and speak to a representative.
Lost or Stolen Number – In the U.S. call 1-888-241-2510. Outside the U.S.: 909-941-1398
Card Design – Your new MasterCard credit card does not look like our previous VISA card., but this is just temporary. The custom design cards will be issued at the time your credit card is renewed, within 12 months.
SCORE Reward Points – You will keep and continue earning SCORE points with your MasterCard credit card. If you need assistance with signing in, resetting password, or updating your user profile, please call 1-800-854-0790.
